Loftware in the news – April 2023: serialization in the pharmaceutical supply chain, color label printing, and LogiMAT 2023

April was a great month for Loftware as we secured some fantastic media placements across a variety of topics. Our strategic partnership with Seiko Epson Corporation was covered especially well, while we also saw pickup for our attendance at this year’s LogiMAT tradeshow. Additionally, Laura Johnson, Loftware Senior Director of Life Sciences Sales for Americas, authored a thought leadership article exploring the significance of serialization technology within the pharmaceutical supply chain.

#1 Loftware and Epson announce partnership to revolutionize labeling workflows. Our joint announcement with Epson, the global leader in color label printers, was picked up by a good collection of media publications. These include Pharmaceutical Commerce, Supply and Demand Chain Executive, Channel Info, among many others. The partnership between Loftware and Epson will integrate the Epson ColorWorks series of color label printers with our NiceLabel Cloud platforms. Businesses will be able to print from NiceLabel Cloud directly to Epson ColorWorks cloud-connected printers, which will improve productivity, reduce customers’ reliance on IT, minimize print errors, and decrease the cost and inventory of pre-printed labels.

#2 Serialization technology to support the supply chain. Loftware’s Laura Johnson, Senior Director of Life Sciences Sales for Americas, authored a byline for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Packing Sourcer (PMPS) about the significance of serialization technology within the pharmaceutical supply chain. #3 Loftware at LogiMAT 2023. German publications Packaging Journal and IntraTrend publicized our participation in this year’s LogiMAT tradeshow, which took place in Stuttgart between April 25-27. At the event, we introduced attendees to our powerful cloud-based labeling solutions and discussed the business-boosting benefits on offer to companies who adopt such a solution, including cost savings, efficiency gains, next-level security, the ability to scale, and much more.
