Robert is responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and leadership at Loftware. He oversees market development, software development, strategic partnerships, and company funding. Robert led Loftware's international expansion into EMEA and APAC, most notably spearheading the acquisitions of Gap Systems and PRISYM ID, as well as the combination of NiceLabel and Loftware. If he ever has spare time, Bob spends time with his close family and hopes someday to be a much better golfer. Robert has over 30 years of experience in executive management within software companies.

Vic is responsible for managing Loftware’s financial, legal, and customer account management functions. He plays a strategic role in Loftware’s overall corporate development and growth. Vic oversees the company's customer operations team to manage software renewals, order processing, and licensing. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, staying active, and is a Boston sports enthusiast. Vic holds a BSc degree in accounting from Boston College and an MBA from Babson College.

Allen oversees sales in the Americas region, the company’s global clinical trials function, and business development. He is passionate about helping companies of all sizes leverage technology to improve their supply chain processes, meet the needs of their customers, and adhere to regulatory requirements. Allen has implemented sales processes and systems to support Loftware’s significant growth across industries and geographies. He enjoys travel, immersing himself in new cultures, hiking, and golfing. Allen has 30 years of enterprise software sales experience, a degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and is APICS certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).

Rob is responsible for Loftware’s sales and business development initiatives in EMEA and APAC, working with customers, partners, and alliances throughout a wide range of industries. He is a keen sportsman and enjoys golfing, skiing, cycling, and is a passionate England rugby supporter. Rob has 30 years of experience in SaaS, eCommerce, enterprise software, and supply chain.

Josh is responsible for defining Loftware’s product strategy and overseeing all marketing functions, including leading Loftware’s thought leadership efforts. He specializes in the impact of supply chain trends on Enterprise Labeling and frequently speaks at industry events and authors editorial content on the subject. Josh has taken an integral role in Loftware’s growth, helping to lead integration teams following the combination of Loftware and NiceLabel and the acquisition of PRISYM ID. He enjoys traveling, spending time in Acadia National Park, and is a dedicated Boston Red Sox fan. Josh has 30 years of marketing and product management experience in enterprise software.

Mark is responsible for the development of Loftware's software globally, from architecture and design to implementation and verification. He is passionate about addressing customer's labeling and artwork challenges, while overseeing the company's software development teams and their design, implementation, and testing of Loftware's solutions. Mark had a key role in the creation, introduction, and maturation of Loftware Spectrum. He enjoys golfing, fishing, spending time with his family, and is a dedicated Dallas Cowboys fan. Mark holds a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Victoria is responsible for designing and delivering all people-centered initiatives at Loftware, including the development of a talent strategy focused on recruitment and professional development. Victoria has been recognized for leading global mentorship programs to develop a dynamic workforce. She has lived and worked in various countries across the globe. Victoria has an MBA in business psychology and is a certified leadership coach.  

Michael is responsible for ensuring the success of Loftware's Enterprise Labeling and Artwork Management solutions for customers. He specializes in delivering technology that solves mission-critical issues for businesses of all sizes worldwide. Michael plays an integral role in growing Loftware's customer-facing teams to support on-premise and software as a service (SaaS) deployments. He enjoys boating and is an avid skier. Michael has over 30 years of experience in enterprise solutions architecture.

Branka oversees Loftware’s strategic corporate finance, corporate governance, and administration projects within EMEA and APAC. Branka frequently promotes Loftware’s brand within EMEA markets and is passionate about boosting cross-function collaboration across geographies. She enjoys travel, learning about new cultures, staying active, and sampling good food. Branka has 30 years of experience in finance and management in several industries, including pharmaceuticals, IT services, technology, and investment banking.  

Ken is responsible for defining Loftware’s Channel and Alliances strategy and overseeing all partner programs. He specializes in the digital transformation of labeling and the benefits of integrating with ISVs, such as SAP and Oracle. Ken has been an essential part of Loftware’s Alliance growth, helping to accelerate the digitalization of labeling across the supply chain. He enjoys traveling, playing and watching soccer, and spending time with his family. Ken has over 30 years of experience in the AutoID and data capture industry.

Mišo is responsible for defining and executing a holistic strategy across Loftware’s entire product portfolio. He specializes in understanding market needs and deploying cutting-edge solutions to create value for customers. Mišo played an important role in the integration of Loftware and NiceLabel solutions. He is a sports enthusiast, enjoys spending time outdoors, and traveling with his family. Mišo holds a BSc in Computer Science.

Nedim oversees Loftware’s Information Technology and Information Security functions worldwide. In addition, he oversees the Global Compliance Group, responsible for SOC2 and ISO9001 compliance at Loftware. Nedim played a key role in developing and implementing a new IT strategy to drive business transformation and process improvement. He is a passionate marathon runner and skier and appreciates his family accommodating his training plans. Nedim holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences and is CISSP and PMP certified.
