Jim is responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and leadership at Loftware. He oversees market development, software development, strategic partnerships, and company funding. Jim maintains an impressive track record of setting and exceeding high professional and personal standards and follows value-based leadership approach. Prior to joining Loftware, Jim served as CEO at JAGGAER in Morrisville, NC, where he played a pivotal role in the company's growth. Under his leadership, recurring revenue increased 55% as he transitioned the company to a SaaS model. He also transformed the go-to-market messaging, shifting from spend management to Autonomous Commerce, resulting in a remarkable 45% improvement in partner-sourced revenue. Additionally, Jim served as the Senior Vice President of North America at Verint Systems/KANA Software in Alpharetta, GA. Prior to that he served as Vice President of Sales for Pegasystems and, also held leadership roles at Shared Health, Oracle, and 3M.

Ryan is responsible for driving key strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies across the organization. He directly supports the CEO and executive leadership team to execute on Loftware’s overall vision and strategy. Prior to joining, Ryan was an investment professional at Accel-KKR where he supported and invested in Enterprise Software businesses. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Brigham Young University. Ryan enjoys spending time with his small but growing family and being outdoors whenever possible.

Justin leads marketing at Loftware, overseeing demand generation, content, digital strategy, and brand development with the aim of elevating the Company's market impact. With over 25 years of experience and a strong track record in driving business growth, he brings a strategic vision, deep customer focus and a wealth of expertise to his role. His previous roles include Chief Product Officer at Optimizely and Chief Product Officer as well as Chief Marketing Officer at Syndigo where he gained invaluable experience in both marketing and product leadership. Outside of work, Justin is a traveler, a dedicated family man, and a passionate supporter of the Carolina Panthers and New York Yankees.

Victoria is responsible for designing and delivering all people-centered initiatives at Loftware, including the development of a talent strategy focused on recruitment and professional development. She leads Loftware's ESG initiatives, overseeing the development and implementation of strategies that align with the company's commitment to sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical governance. Victoria has been recognized for leading global mentorship programs to develop a dynamic workforce. She has lived and worked in various countries across the globe. Victoria has an MBA in business psychology and is a certified leadership coach.  

Michelle is responsible for product vision, product roadmap, and commercial strategy at Loftware. She leads product strategy, product management, product marketing, user experience and product documentation functions. She oversees the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch and beyond, while working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives and alignment with business goals. Michelle has over 25 years of product leadership experience in enterprise SaaS solutions. She has been recognized for her ability to define product vision and drive through plan execution. Prior to joining Loftware, Michelle served as Chief Product Officer for benefitexpress and Smartlinx, both private equity backed companies that completed successful exits. Additionally, Michelle held product leadership roles at Willis Towers Watson and ADP. Michelle earned her Bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University and Masters of Science in Information Systems from Roosevelt University.

Scott oversees the global finance and legal operations at Loftware, guiding the company’s strategic finance and governance activities and leading initiatives that allow the organization to realize operating efficiencies. Scott has extensive experience providing financial and operating leadership to venture-backed, private equity-sponsored and publicly traded technology companies. His career began as an auditor at Arthur Andersen, and he progressed to hold senior financial roles including CFO at several Boston area technology companies. Scott has provided advisory services to many companies over his career, including as an operating advisor for a leading private equity investor in SaaS and technology companies.  Scott can be found outdoors whenever possible, biking, skiing, finding new hiking trails or doing just about anything on the water.

Michael is responsible for ensuring the success of Loftware's Enterprise Labeling and Artwork Management solutions for customers. He specializes in delivering technology that solves mission-critical issues for businesses of all sizes worldwide. Michael plays an integral role in growing Loftware's customer-facing teams to support on-premise and software as a service (SaaS) deployments. He enjoys boating and is an avid skier. Michael has over 30 years of experience in enterprise solutions architecture.

Mark is responsible for the development of Loftware's software globally, from architecture and design to implementation and verification. He is passionate about addressing customer's labeling and artwork challenges, while overseeing the company's software development teams and their design, implementation, and testing of Loftware's solutions. Mark had a key role in the creation, introduction, and maturation of Loftware Spectrum. He enjoys golfing, fishing, spending time with his family, and is a dedicated Dallas Cowboys fan. Mark holds a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Rob Palumbo is Co-Managing Partner at Accel-KKR.

Prior to joining Accel-KKR, Rob co-headed the software investment banking practice at Thomas Weisel Partners in San Francisco. Prior to Thomas Weisel, he spent three years at Deutsche Bank where he built the technology investment banking practice in the southeastern U.S. and later headed the software practice in Silicon Valley. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Rob spent five years at Stephens, Inc. where he directed the firm’s information technology banking practice. As part of that effort, Rob originated and executed direct private equity investments on behalf of Stephens Group, the private equity investment arm of the firm. Rob started his career as a mergers and acquisitions analyst at Alex. Brown & Sons in Baltimore, MD in 1990.

Rob’s former selected directorships include: Applied Predictive Technologies (sold to MasterCard for $600 million in 2015), Cielo (sold to Permira), IntrinsiQ Research (sold to AmerisourceBergen Holding Corporation in 2011), On Center Software (sold to Roper Industries in 2015), Saber (sold to EDS in 2007 for $460 million) and Systems & Software.

Rob holds an A.B. from Princeton University.

David Belluck is a General Partner with Riverside Partners, a Boston-based, private equity investment firm. Riverside Partners invests in growing, middle market businesses in the technology and health care industries. The firm is currently investing Riverside Fund V, L.P, a $561 million fund raised in 2012. Riverside Partners’ investors include leading endowments, foundations, pension funds, family offices and fund of funds. David joined Riverside Partners in 1988. 
 
David serves on the Governor’s Council of Economic Advisors in Massachusetts. He is a Vice-Chair and Board Member of The Alliance for Business Leadership, which is a group of business leaders advancing corporate citizenship and advocating socially responsible economic growth. David is Chair of Cool Globes in Boston, an outdoor art exhibit to raise awareness of global warming and to promote sustainability. He is also a Director of The Winsor School and a Director and the Vice Chairman of the Board of the Kingsley Montessori School. 
 
David received his MBA with honors from Harvard Business School in 1988. He graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in economics in 1984. 

Park Durrett is a Managing Director at Accel-KKR.

Prior to joining Accel-KKR, Park was a Principal at The CapStreet Group, a lower middle market private equity firm, and focused on direct investments across a variety of industries, including the energy, industrial, infrastructure, and technology sectors. Prior to CapStreet, Park worked with Technology Crossover Ventures and 3i Group focused on originating and executing late stage growth equity investments in leading information technology companies. Park started his career in the technology investment banking group of Robertson Stephens & Company.

Park’s current board seats include: Abrigo, ESG, Forcura, Kaleris, OrthoFi, Reapit,  Sandata Technologies and ToolsGroup.

Park’s former Accel-KKR selected directorships include: Abila (sold to Ministry Brands), HighWire Press (acquired by MPS), On Center Software (acquired by Roper Technologies) and Vyne (sold to The Jordan Company).

Park received his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his B.S. from Cornell University.

Brian Guthrie is a General Partner with Riverside Partners, a Boston-based, private equity investment firm that partners with owners and management teams of profitable healthcare and technology businesses who wish to accelerate the growth and value of their businesses. Brian joined Riverside Partners in 1990 and led investments in and served on boards of numerous middle-market companies in both technology and healthcare sectors. 
Prior to Riverside Partners, Brian worked at Monitor Group, a business strategy consulting firm. He has also served as a director the Boston chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. 
Brian is actively involved in youth sports and has served as a coach for youth baseball, football and soccer teams.

Rachel Spasser is a Managing Director and leads the Accel-KKR Consulting Group.  Rachel provides strategic guidance as well as commercial leadership across Accel-KKR’s portfolio. Prior to joining Accel-KKR’s Consulting Group, Rachel was the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Ariba, Inc. (acquired by SAP). At Ariba she led the design and execution of the company’s marketing strategy and programs.

With over 30 years of experience in general management, marketing leadership and business development for growth-oriented companies, Ms. Spasser has spent the past 25 years focused on the business-to-business technology sector. She speaks frequently on topics such as growing software businesses, marketing strategy, and customer engagement.

Prior to joining Ariba, she worked in executive roles with a number of cloud software and Internet-related companies including IBM and  KnowledgeStorm Inc. (acquired by TechTarget).

Ms. Spasser holds an MBA with honors from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Vita has over 30 years of operations experience at Pfizer Inc, a $67 billion Fortune 30 company. Most recently, she held the position of Vice President, Business Development, Strategy and Innovation. She previously served as CIO for Pfizer Worldwide Pharmaceuticals, leading an organization of nearly 2,000 people in 44 countries. Vita was a member of the Worldwide Pharmaceuticals Leadership Team which was responsible for long term business strategy. She is a member of the Board of Directors of MediMedia USA Inc. and the Staywell Company. 
 
Vita holds a BA in Mathematics from the College of Mount Saint Vincent and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. 

Andrew Zbella joined Accel-KKR in 2013 and is a Principal based in Accel-KKR’s Menlo Park office.

Prior to joining Accel­-KKR, Andrew was a member of Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Technology Coverage group. While at BofA Merrill Lynch, Andrew was involved in a variety of M&A and financing transactions in the software, technology-enabled services, semiconductor and Internet sectors.

Andrew’s current board seats include: Abrigo, imed, Kaleris, OrthoFi and Sandata Technologies.

Andrew has been involved in the firm’s investments in HighJump (sold to Körber AG in 2017), HighWire, One.com, On Center (sold to Roper in 2015) and TrueCommerce (sold to Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe in 2020).

Andrew received a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.

Mike Cornell has more than 30 years of experience scaling and growing software businesses in the supply chain space. He is a results-orientated executive recognized for identifying and capitalizing on new and existing customer opportunities, and for leadership qualities that ensure peak performance from teams and organizations.

Mike is an accomplished entrepreneur and CEO. Most recently, he served as CEO of High Jump and True Commerce, providing software for warehouse, transport management, and logistic businesses and shippers.

Patrick has more than 15 years of private equity and finance experience. He joined Riverside Partners as a Vice President in 2016. Prior to Riverside, Patrick was an investment professional at Enhanced Healthcare Partners, a healthcare services focused private equity firm, and Flexpoint Ford, a healthcare and financial services focused private equity firm. Patrick previously worked at Bank of America in the healthcare investment banking group.
