You'll meet the hiring manager to explore your experience, accomplishments, and how your skills align with the team's goals. You'll also learn what success looks like in the role.
Many candidates meet future colleagues and key stakeholders. These conversations help us assess mutual fit while giving you a broader view of team dynamics, current projects, and growth opportunities.
Top candidates selected to interview may be invited to complete an assessment. Depending on the role, this could include a Predictive Index (PI) assessment or, for certain technical roles, a role-specific exercise. If an assessment is part of your process, we'll explain what to expect in advance.
For some positions, there may be a final conversation with senior leadership or additional stakeholders, ensuring both you and Loftware have everything needed to make the best decision.
