Label LogiPharma a “Must-Attend” Event

by Guenther Martin, on April 21, 2017

Billed as the largest global event for pharmaceutical supply chain leaders and their teams from top companies, LogiPharma kicks off next week, April 25 – 27, at the Montreux Music & Convention Centre in beautiful Montreux, Switzerland. As in past years, the event is customized to meet the specific needs of every supply chain function, uniquely providing timely, relevant tracks that appeal to logistics, transportation and distribution, planning, IT, quality and procurement professionals.

This year’s LogiPharma will include a wide range of real-life case studies, small interactive working groups, and head-to-head debates to help attendees tackle current pharma challenges including digitalization, EU’s Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD), and how to achieve a customer-first strategy throughout the entire value chain.

Loftware will be there to discuss innovations in pharmaceutical labeling that are helping leading companies not just comply with regulations like FMD, but deliver measurable gains in supply chain efficiency. By integrating labeling tightly with SAP, Oracle and other enterprise applications, customers ensure label accuracy, keep up with changing requirements (including the use of added safety measures like a 2D barcode), and reduce operational costs. Working with our partner USDM Life Sciences, Loftware can also help pharmaceutical companies save significant time and costs when implementing a validated labeling solution.

If you are going to the event, please stop by the Loftware booth #9. You’ll learn that there is a strategic difference in how to approach evolving pharma packaging and labelling requirements—and maintain a supply chain advantage. We’ll be happy to share how we’ve helped other companies like Pfizer, Ferring and Janssen.

And if you’d like to arrange a personal meeting with Loftware while at LogiPharma, we’d be happy to work with you on that, too. Simply contact us and we’ll get back to you with some proposed times. We look forward to seeing you there!

For those who aren’t attending the event, we encourage you to check out a recent white paper “7 Ways to Stay Compliant, Stay Competitive with Enterprise Labeling” where you’ll learn how labeling help  you meet regional and customer labeling requirements while lowering costs, improving traceability and increasing responsiveness. Check it out!
