Next year, pharmaceutical distributors will be required to comply with new track-and-trace requirements. Under the DSCSA, they'll have to report the chain of custody of each individual drug.

The rules apply to distributors of all sizes, even those with only a handful of employees. As regulations pile on, it becomes increasingly important for the industry to find an efficient solution.

With enterprise labeling, distributors can ensure compliance without creating a massive traceability infrastructure. Automated labeling will replace error-prone manual options, leading to better consistency and accuracy.
