Welcome to the Loftware blog. Today we're looking into improving supplier transactions through better labeling. Cutting time from this part of the supply chain can have serious and positive financial consequences. Today's industry model, with many organizations having to work closely together, calls for increased efficiency wherever possible.

Before diving into solutions, it's important to define the problems with supplier transactions today. It's typical for pallet and carton labels of parts ordered from suppliers to lack detailed information such as batch and lot numbers.

But what if the labels were informative and standardized? We'll explore that in the next parts of this series.
